The start and finish line will be based at Ernie Radbourne Pavilion in Muskoseepi Park.

Parking

Ample parking is available in the lots at Muskoseepi Park.

Race Day Schedule:

Sunday September 28, 2025

 9:00am Race Site Open to all athletes.  Late Package Pickup
 9:45am Pre-race briefing (FOR ALL ATHLETES)
10:00am Half Marathon START (Individual and Team entries)
10:15am 10Km Run START
10:30am 5Km Run/Walk START
11:30am 1km Fun Run START
~12:30pm Race wrapup

All Entry Packages Include:

    • Branded Short Sleeve Cotton Casual T Shirt (not guaranteed after September 11 )

    • Awesome Finisher Medal (at the finishline!)

    • Awards for the top 3 in each 10yr age group of the 21k, 10k and 5k events

Refund Policy

All entries are non-refundable.
NO Refunds or Rollovers will be offered for any reason.

Bib Numbers

Bib numbers contain information specific to you as a runner. Please ensure bib numbers are worn on the front and are visible by Race Marshals.

Timing

Chip timing will be used for all participants. *pending attendance. 

Fluid Aid Stations

There will be 4 fluid aid stations (per lap) along the Half Marathon race route with both water AND sports drink at each station.

The Pre Race Events

To be held at the event site.
Washroom and change facilities available within this area.
A baggage check will be available during the race.
Please do not bring valuables down to the event.

Results

Results are based on chip time. Preliminary results will be posted for review and dispute. When awards are presented, all results are final.

Awards & Prizing

All participants recieve a finisher medal!

In addition, each event distance offers awards for the top 3 in each 10year age group.

•   The top 3 Male and Female finishers in the Half Marathon, 10K and 5K age groups (unless otherwise noted) will receive a commemorative age group award in the following age categories: 15&U (5K only), 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ . 

We will not be providing award medals, but will be offering the following:

1st place – Complimentary entry to the next years event!
2nd place – 50% discount 
3rd place – 25% discount
